The first visit
For some clients, we find it best to start with a deep clean — a one-time reset, priced as hours like everything else — so recurring visits stay maintenance instead of catch-up. If your space is already in good shape, we go straight to the regular schedule. We’ll recommend one or the other on the call or walk-through. Airbnb and Vrbo turnovers run the same turnover routine every time.
No surprises
