Home cleaning in Portland, by request Your house, off your mind.
We’re a commercial cleaning company, and we clean homes by request. Photos when we lock up, an exact price before we start, and you come home to it already done.
What a visit covers
Each visit follows the standard written into your quote, so the result doesn’t depend on who shows up. We bring our own supplies and equipment; if you prefer particular products, tell us and we’ll use them.

Kitchens & baths
Counters, sinks, tubs, tile, toilets, mirrors — the rooms that fall behind fastest get the most minutes.

Bedrooms & living
Dusting, surfaces, beds made, everything reset. The room looks the way you’d stage it.

Floors, every room
Vacuumed, then mopped where the floor wants it — edges included, and under what we can safely move.
Who we clean homes for
Most of our work is offices and buildings. A home is a fit when you want it done the same way, with the same record at the end.
- A landlord between tenants. The place is reset and photographed before the next move-in. Move-out and make-ready cleaning is a regular part of our work.
- A business client’s own home. If we already clean your office or building, you can ask us to look after your house too.
- Someone who wants the photo record. After each visit you get photos of the rooms, so you can see what was done without being there.
When we come
Homes are scheduled around our commercial contracts, usually during the day on weekdays. Visits can be weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, and each one runs the same way. If your week changes, tell us and we’ll move or pause a visit.
Starting with a reset
For many homes, we find it best to start with a deep clean. It clears the backlog, so every visit after is maintenance instead of catch-up. If your home is already in good shape, we go straight to regular visits. We’ll tell you which we’d choose when we quote.
What it costs
You get an exact price before we start, not a range that moves later. For a home, that’s usually one call. How the hourly rate works is on the pricing page.
