Airbnb and Vrbo turnover cleaning in Portland

If you host one unit or a small portfolio, Airbnb cleaning in Portland comes down to one thing: the place is guest-ready after every checkout, and you did not have to drive over to find out. We schedule around your bookings and send photos after each clean.

Guest-ready after every checkout

Airbnb turnover cleaning only works if it fits your calendar. Tell us your checkout and check-in times, and we schedule around the bookings. When a day has a checkout and a check-in close together, we can often turn the unit between the two. Whether that works depends on the schedule, so we will tell you plainly when a window is too tight.

Most hosts start with a short conversation about the unit: how guests get in, where the linens and supplies are kept, and which rooms show wear first. We write that down for the unit, so the third turnover of the week is done the same way as the first.

That makes it a fit for Vrbo cleaning and short-term rental cleaning in Portland alike, for one door or several.

What a typical turnover includes

  • Kitchen reset: counters, sink, stovetop, microwave, fridge check, dishes put away
  • Bathrooms cleaned and reset with fresh towels
  • Beds made with your linens
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Trash out
  • Restocking from your supply closet
  • A walk-through for anything left behind or damaged

Linens, supplies and laundry

The linens are yours, and we make the beds with them. We do not take laundry off site. If you want laundry handled, ask us and we will talk through what is possible for your setup.

For supplies, we restock paper goods, soap and the rest from your supply closet, and we tell you when something is running low, so you are not finding out from a guest.

Photos room by room, after every clean

When we finish, we photograph each room and send you the set. You see the made bed, the kitchen counters, the bathroom and the floors, so you know the unit is ready without driving over. The set is easy to forward, so a co-host or property manager can check the unit from their phone too.

It is also your record. If a guest later disputes the condition on arrival, you have dated photos taken at the end of the clean.

One unit or a small portfolio

One unit is enough to start. If you add another listing, we add it to the schedule and write its own list, because a studio and a three-bedroom house do not turn over the same way. You get one number to call or text for all of them, and you reach an owner. A certificate of insurance is available on request, and we can have it to you before the first visit.

If a guest leaves damage

We photograph what we find and tell you right away, before the next guest arrives, so you can deal with it while the evidence is fresh. A stained duvet cover, a broken lamp or a missing item is easier to sort out with a photo from the day than with a recollection.

And if something is not right: Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and make it right — free.

Turnover cleaning questions

Do you work from my booking calendar?

We schedule around it. You tell us your checkout and check-in times, or share your bookings, and we plan each turnover around them. We do not claim any calendar integration; it is a conversation and a schedule we keep with you.

Do you do laundry?

We make the beds with your clean linens and we do not take laundry off site. If you want laundry handled, ask us and we will talk it through for your unit.

What if a guest leaves damage?

We photograph it and tell you right away. You get the photos and a plain description, so you can decide what to do before the next guest arrives.

Do you restock supplies?

Yes, from your supply closet. We restock what is there, and we will tell you when something is running low.

How is it priced?

A flat hourly rate, and your quote is an exact price, not a range that moves later. Smaller units usually get a number over one phone call. See pricing for how it works.
