We clean after children and staff have gone home
We clean when children and staff have gone home: classrooms, restrooms, kitchens, entries, floors and the surfaces kids touch all day. We aren’t in the building while your program is running, and that’s deliberate.
Visits happen in the evening, early in the morning or on weekends, whichever your day leaves open. We schedule around your closures and holidays too, so a week off at winter break doesn’t leave you with a gap in coverage or a surprise on the first morning back. Open year-round, or only during the school year? Tell us your calendar and we’ll build the schedule around summer sessions, in-service days and the week before families return.
What a typical visit covers
Every center is laid out differently, but most routines are built from the same pieces.
- Classrooms. Tables, counters and shelves wiped, floors cleaned, trash and recycling emptied with fresh liners.
- Restrooms. Toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors, with dispensers checked and refilled from your supply.
- Kitchens and snack areas. Counters, tables, sinks and appliance fronts.
- Entries and cubby areas. Entry floors, glass and the places where wet boots and backpacks land.
- Floors. Vacuumed and mopped every visit.
- High-touch surfaces. Door handles, light switches, railings, sinks and water fountains, wiped each visit.

What your center keeps, and what we take
Your center keeps its own routine for toys, cots and changing areas. We take the rooms, so your staff isn’t doing both. We clean around the things you manage and leave them where your routine expects to find them.
If your center requires specific products or dilution ratios, they go in the written scope. Tell us during the quote and they’re part of the standard for your site, not a verbal request that gets forgotten.
Paperwork and insurance
If your center requires paperwork for anyone who enters the building, tell us during the quote and we’ll sort it out then.
Insurance paperwork is settled during the quote, so it’s sorted out before anything is scheduled.
A photo record after every visit
We photograph our work on every visit and send the photos to the director when we lock up. You see the restrooms, the kitchen and the entry — the same spots, every time — without walking the building before you open.
If something’s missed, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and make it right — free. Because the photos and the written standard are on file, we’re never arguing about what happened.
